The cultivation process is carried out as sustainably as possible, with energy, water and light managed in the most efficient way. This special growing method requires no soil, only water. The restaurant harvests herbs and vegetables such as basil, coriander, oregano, lettuce, beet shoots and endive from the vertical greenhouse. This ensures that you always have fresh vegetables and herbs on your plate.
